Mind-body practices are techniques designed to enhance the mind's positive impact on the body. These practices can include behavioral, psychological, social, expressive, and spiritual approaches.  I have seen firsthand the healing power of mindfulness, meditation, yoga, mental health therapy and the benefits it brings to the self both physically and mentally.  The hidden secret of yoga is that everyone can do it and has access to it anytime they need.  There are many parts to yoga besides the physical poses that you can tap into.   I love teaching yoga and love bringing this gift to others.
